User Manual

A practical beginner's guide to Chimera's visible screens, content workflow, and features that are still under development.

Phase 1: Workspace counts and records are real account data. Generation, forecasting, scheduling, and publishing remain later-phase capabilities.

1. Welcome to Chimera

Chimera is a content intelligence and workflow platform being built for content teams. Phase 1 provides the secure foundation: accounts, brand profiles, content projects, topic ideas, real workspace counts, and administrator oversight.

Note: AI generation, brand scoring, forecasting, scheduling, channel connections, and external publishing are planned for later implementation phases and are not active today.

7. Human review and responsible AI

Chimera is designed so a person remains accountable for brand fit, facts, claims, quality, approval, and publication. Future AI output must be reviewed rather than treated as authoritative.

Warning: Do not enter secrets, payment details, unnecessary personal data, or content you are not authorized to process.

8. Administrator area

  • Administrators can view users, aggregate counts, workflow totals, recent non-sensitive activity, project summaries, and status information.
  • Administrators may activate or suspend member accounts.
  • Member and administrator permissions are enforced by the API, not only by navigation.
Note: A service that has not been reliably checked is shown as Unknown, never assumed healthy.

10. Troubleshooting

  • If sign-in fails, verify your email and password; the error does not disclose whether an email is registered.
  • If a form is rejected, read the validation message and check required fields and length limits.
  • If your account is suspended, contact the administrator who manages your Chimera installation.
  • If a page continues loading, confirm the gateway and database are available, then retry once.
